Your Mission as an Entry-Level Petroleum Engineer

In this role, you will be part of the team driving the optimization of oil and gas production processes. Whether you're analyzing reservoirs to boost recovery or enhancing production strategies, your work will directly impact the efficiency and sustainability of energy operations. As a key player in ensuring optimal resource development, you will contribute to innovative solutions that maximize performance while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an Entry-Level Petroleum Engineer

  • Analyze reservoir performance data to recommend strategies for optimizing recovery and improving well productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, monitor, and implement production optimization techniques and interventions.
  • Support exploration and development efforts by interpreting subsurface data to provide actionable insights for reservoir management.
  • Develop and maintain simulation models to predict future production outcomes and resource potential.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to share findings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in field operations to gain hands-on experience and support ongoing projects.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an Entry-Level Petroleum Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems related to reservoir management and production optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software (such as Eclipse, Petrel, or OFM) is a plus.
  • Solid communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the oil and gas industry.
  • Understanding safety and environmental regulations in the energy sector is an advantage.

  • Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Position type: Office.
  • Location: Tripoli - Benghazi.
  • Benefits: Based on experience, the offer has a competitive salary.
