Join The Perfect Workout as we open our brand-new studio in Tarrytown (Austin, TX)— and become part of a rapidly growing company bringing effective strength training to more communities.

We’re hiring a Personal Trainer who’s excited to play a foundational role in this launch — and who has the potential to grow into a leadership role We’re looking for someone with long-term ambition, a love for helping others, and the drive to take on more over time.

No certification? No problem. We’ll pay you to complete our in-house certification program, equipping you with everything you need to succeed.

As a Personal Trainer, You Will:

  • Deliver customized, expert exercise instruction tailored to each client’s goals

  • Support strong attendance through engaging and effective workouts

  • Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and results

  • Inspire referrals through exceptional communication and social skills

  • Drive retention by helping clients see progress and feel supported

  • Conduct Introductory Workouts with a structured, instructional approach

  • Learn and grow continuously in communication, fitness, and business systems

  • Complete daily studio responsibilities with care and professionalism

  • Uphold company core values and be a positive, consistent presence in the studio

The Perfect Workout provides 1-on-1 personal training at private fitness studios nationwide.

At The Perfect Workout we know you want to avoid age-related pain, injury or health issues, lose weight, and keep up with loved ones.

But in order to do that, you need to get stronger, gain energy, and have a workout you can stick with!

The problem is you don't know how to workout safely or effectively, you’re not motivated to do it on your own, and just too busy to fit workouts in. And that makes you feel afraid of what the future looks like.

We believe that improving your health does not have to be complicated or time-consuming. You don’t have to commit 4-5 days a week at a big box gym, or do workouts that risk your safety. All you need is 20 minutes, twice a week with the right method and the accountability of a coach to get results.

We understand it's intimidating to try something new and it can feel like a struggle to find a program that works for you. Since 1999 we have helped over 59,000 people get stronger and improve their health and quality of life with our science-backed, slow-motion strength training program.

Here’s how we do it:

1. Schedule and show up for two 20-minute sessions per week.
