Ron Tonkin KIA, a top-performing automotive dealership located in Gladstone, OR, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry and gain hands-on exposure to every side of dealership operations.

This position is an ideal starting point to climb the ranks within the dealership. You’ll receive training and real-world experience across multiple departments, setting you up for future advancement opportunities.

Entry-Level Office Assistant Responsibilities

• Serve as a receptionist by greeting customers, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
• Provide front-office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Back up the deal billing function, assisting with processing vehicle sales paperwork accurately and on time.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain deal jackets and related documentation.
• Support sales, service, and parts departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry and filing of physical and digital records.
• Maintain organized office and file storage areas; ability to climb filing/storage racks as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to dealership guests and internal team members.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments to gain exposure to all aspects of the dealership.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; prior office, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry; experience with dealership software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn multiple dealership functions and grow within the organization.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
