We are looking for an entry level production worker who can work in any one of our departments to forge aluminum products. We have multiple positions open, we will provide on the job training, and there are opportunities for growth within the company.
Shift: 1st - Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM and Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM. In addition to the regular schedule, Saturdays may require overtime work on a frequent basis.
Shift: 2nd - Monday - Thursday 3:30PM - 2:00AM and Friday 1:30PM - 10:00PM. In addition to the regular schedule, Saturdays may require overtime work on a frequent basis.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are typical of most jobs but can vary depending on the specific job:
• Employees may frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs
• Use handling equipment to assist with moving parts that exceed 50 lbs.
• Use of both hands, use of hand tools, power tools and related equipment
• Capable of repetitive reaching, twisting and bending
• Be able to stand on feet 80% of the time during a work schedule

• Employees are occasionally exposed to moving forklifts, working plant machinery and power tools.
• Work environment is indoors. Workstation is located in an industrial manufacturing plant.
• Exposure to sharp aluminum shavings and burr chips.
• Moderate-to-high vibration by industrial machinery and power tools.
• Temperature in work area can exceed 90F throughout the work year.
• Noise level in the work environment usually varies from moderate to high.

This job may be a good fit if you have experience as an Assembler, Deburrer, Grinder, Polisher, Production Worker, Machine Operator, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, General Labor, Maintenance or any entry level manufacturing roles.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
