Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the events industry and gain valuable hands-on experience in event planning and coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with senior event coordinators to support the execution of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations and programs.
• Maintain organized event documentation and databases for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Provide on-site assistance during events to manage setup, registration, and attendee support.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning event management software.
