About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of engaging events and promotional activities. Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and coordinating events, activations, and promotional activities.
• Help prepare event materials, schedules, and on-site arrangements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Welcome attendees and provide information throughout events.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and engaging event environment.
• Respond to on-site questions and help address unexpected challenges.
• Review event outcomes and share feedback to support future improvements.
