Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning, preparing, and coordinating events and promotional activities. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, collaborating with others, and helping activities run smoothly. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event schedules, timelines, and preparation tasks.
• Organize event materials, signage, displays, and necessary supplies.
• Communicate event details and task assignments with team members.
• Support event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
• Help ensure venues and promotional areas are organized and ready for attendees.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information when needed.
• Monitor event supplies and help address routine logistical needs.
• Track assigned tasks and communicate progress to the event team.
• Gather feedback after activities and suggest improvements for future events.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines throughout event operations.
