Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination while developing communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner.

• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support individual and team goals during promotional events.
