About the Role

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of marketing events, community outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client events You'll work directly with team members and customers while developing valuable skills in communication, organization, marketing, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of events and marketing campaigns
• Represent clients and their campaigns in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Engage with customers and community members at events and promotional activities.
• Provide information about products, services, and community initiatives.
• Support event logistics, materials, displays, and promotional activities.
• Help coordinate event schedules and daily campaign activities.
• Deliver professional presentations and communicate campaign information effectively.
• Work closely with team members to achieve event and marketing goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience for customers and community members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

No Experience Necessary

Previous event or marketing experience is not required. We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in the role.
