Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Assistant to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will support marketing campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising efforts for established charity partners.

The successful candidate will represent our clients through professional face-to-face engagement, assist with customer interactions, and help support campaign goals. Responsibilities

• Represent charity partners through face-to-face marketing and community outreach activities
• Engage with members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
• Support fundraising campaigns and help achieve team performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from customers and supporters
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and donations
• Assist with daily campaign activities and administrative tasks
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops
• Communicate campaign updates and progress to management
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign results
