Position Summary:
Quantum Construction, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Estimator to join our team in our Fort Pierce, Florida office. This position is ideal for an individual who is eager to build a career in construction estimating and project planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with construction plans and data, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Estimating Department with managing projects, including obtaining, reviewing, organizing, and filing construction plans.
- Support the preparation of bid documents including project schedules, product take-offs, project scope sheets, and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
- Set up projects in On-Screen Takeoff software for estimating purposes.
- Assemble applicable cut sheets and assist in preparing proposal packages.
- Build and maintain contact databases through Salesforce CRM.
- Record and maintain project and customer information within Salesforce.
- Communicate project-specific information and assist with case management through Salesforce.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, review proposals, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of reading construction plans and performing take-offs.
- Familiarity with construction bidding portal websites.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
- Experience with Titan ERP System a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
- Minimum one (1) year of construction industry experience preferred.
