
GZA GeoEnvironmental of New York (GZA) is currently seeking an Entry Level Environmental Engineer/Geologist/Scientist in our New York City and/or Melville NY office. The successful candidate must have a solid educational background and be self-motivated with a professional attitude. They will join our team of engineers/geologists/scientists that work on a variety of projects including site investigation, environmental compliance, evaluation of remedial alternatives, design, and implementation of remedial systems and/or construction management. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of project managers and/or principals. Our close-knit culture here at GZA will allow you to grow professionally. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals, who will in turn look to you to share technical knowledge and ideas. Our success relies on this collaborative environment.
Between field work projects, you will work in a professional office setting, preparing detailed and accurate field documentation, data analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:
The base salary for this position may range between $77,000 and $100,000. This position is eligible for “straight time” overtime pay. The actual base salary and total compensation will depend on many factors, including bonus eligibility, candidate experience, education, professional licensure, and other qualifications.
