As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the friendly voice our customers count on. You'll assist customers with their questions, solve problems, and introduce them to our fantastic products and services — all while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, helpful assistance.
  • Help client resolve their issues with patience and care.
  • Share information about products and services to meet business customer needs.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work with your team to create a positive and engaging customer experience.

Requirements

  • No prior sales experience required — we will train you!
  • Must have desire to sale and communicate with clients to present Verizon products.
  • Great communication and listening skills.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable and eager to learn and grow your career.
