AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
• Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
• Update customer information within company systems
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
