Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and clear information about our products, services, and policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Assist in creating and updating communication materials and FAQs to enhance customer self-service options.

Qualifications

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new technologies.
