**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an Entry Level Cancellations Clerk to join our team with a primary focus on processing cancellations and managing accounting calls. The ideal candidate will excel in accurately documenting cancellations, completing the cancellation process efficiently, and responding to accounting-related inquiries over the phone.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process cancellation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle accounting calls, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Verify necessary information for both cancellations and accounting queries.
- Communicate with customers to confirm cancellation details, reasons, and address accounting concerns.
- Update cancellation and accounting records in the system promptly.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to cancellations or accounting matters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless cancellation and accounting processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information while addressing accounting calls and cancellations.
