Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role.

This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role. This is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
• Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Support shop workflow in a high-volume environment
• Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role

What You’ll Get

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
