Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for our service department.

This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role.

No dealership experience required—we train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics
• Learn how to identify and fix vehicle issues
• Support shop workflow and keep vehicles moving

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
