Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and ready to start building a long-term career in the automotive industry.

No extensive experience is required. If you have an interest in cars and a strong work ethic, we will train you.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
• Assist technicians with repairs and diagnostics
• Learn hands-on automotive skills in a real shop environment
• Support workflow in a busy service department
• Follow safety and quality standards

What You Will Receive

• $37,440 – $54,000 annual pay

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong automotive background
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
