Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Accounting/Collections Specialist!

Are you ready to kickstart your career in accounting or finance? Resnick & Louis, P.C. is a mid-sized insurance defense law firm, with offices across 12 states and headquartered in beautiful Scottsdale, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Accounting/Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Youll work closely with our 30-person accounting department, primarily based in Scottsdale, and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What Youll Be Doing

As part of our team, youll:

• Review and follow up on outstanding invoices, focusing on accounts over 90 days old.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets with client and matter details while logging collection efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues affecting unpaid invoices.
• Contact clients and insurance adjusters via email and phone using a customer service-focused approach
  to resolve payment issues.
• Provide accounts receivable and financial data to management and other teams as needed.
