Full-Time | $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

With 16 branches and five manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells, and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops annually. Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be recognized as one of North America’s Best Managed Companies.We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing Bozeman team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in a high-demand industry.

As an Account Executive, you will represent the FLOFORM brand in both showroom and field environments. You will develop relationships with homeowners, retail partners, and trade professionals while driving revenue growth through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding showroom and in-home customer experience
  • Develop and manage relationships with retail and trade clients
  • Generate leads, prepare quotes, and conduct follow-ups
  • Conduct outside sales calls and client visits to close new business
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, design, construction, or related field is an asset)
  • Professional, outgoing, and results-driven personality
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
