Dmitry here. I've built cool things inside and outside of osapiens and now run Business Development and Go-to-Market.
I'll be honest. The standard hiring process is not working for what I need. So I'm trying something different.
I'm looking for one person No job title that makes sense on a CV. No career ladder. No long-term plan required. Just someone who wants to build something real, right now, inside a company with real resources and real problems.
osapiens just became a unicorn. €75M ARR. Goldman Sachs and BlackRock-backed, over 1,500 clients. The market is genuinely exciting. Thousands of companies are rushing to us, we are outbounding to the rest. The pipeline is not theoretical.
The BD team is good. But the way most companies do commercial work is genuinely broken. We are building a GTM function that runs like a startup, uses AI seriously, ships fast, and figures things out by doing them.
You would work directly with me on that, alongside some of the best minds I have worked with.
Here is what matters to me
- You build with AI, not just talk about it.
- You have shipped something, anything, that you are proud of.
- You have a real opinion about where AI in commercial, ops, or tech teams is going that most people have not caught up to yet.
- You move fast because slow genuinely frustrates you.
- You are not here to prepare for a future role.
- You are here to do something now, explore, and then leave to build your own thing.
And I will personally write you an angel ticket when you do.
The Background Question
I do not care. Technical, non-technical, gap year, traditional university, non-linear path. All fine High energy and hungry to solve real problems is what I am looking for.
One more thing. This role is not designed for someone who plans to stay forever. The best version of this: you come, you build something that matters, you leave better than you arrived. That is a good deal for the right person. This is not going to be 9 to 5. You will challenge me and I will challenge you.
