At Endeavor, we’re looking for someone curious and driven, who wants to join the Entrepreneur Experience team and support some of the most ambitious founders in Greece and beyond as a Selection and Scale Up Program Manager.

As an Entrepreneur Experience Selection & Scale Up Program Manager, you’ll work alongside our team to identify and bring into the network founders who are solving some of the world’s hardest problems with cutting-edge science and technology. You’ll play a critical role in research, company analysis, event execution, and portfolio growth, while managing an early stage entrepreneur support program.
Pipeline & Research: Scout emerging companies across all verticals and conduct research on diverse sectors from AI, biotech, robotics, and space, to fintech, healthtech and commerce.
Portfolio Growth: Help bring the most promising entrepreneurs into the Endeavor network, across our two core communities: Endeavor Entrepreneur and Scale Up
Entrepreneur Selection: Prepare company profiles and materials that support the evaluation and advocacy of founders in to Endeavor.
Program Management: Lead the biggest international program for early stage companies out of Greece
Ecosystem Engagement: Assist in building relationships with partners, investors, and experts who can strengthen Endeavor’s pipeline and network.
3-5 years of relevant work experience (program management, startups, VC, community building, or related fields).
Strong interest in tech and in supporting founders tackling big, complex problems.
Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics clearly.
Strong communication in English and Greek.
Problem solver , Self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and collaborating with a diverse team.
