Job Description

First Line Risk and Controls (FLRC) team provides governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance services to support and enable leadership in achieving strategic objectives.

The Entitlement Review Team’s primary objective is to conduct entitlement reviews for Aegon business units required by internal and external auditors and regulatory requirements.

This supervisor position will work closely with other teams within the Entitlement Review Management team and business units across the company. The right candidate will have a good understanding of the end-to-end entitlement review process and identity access management best practices, managing/leading a large-scale team, and be a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of entitlement review campaigns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with best business practices, enterprise entitlement review standards, policies, and controls.
  • Manage the backlog of applications and entitlements to be onboarded into the enterprise entitlement review life-cycle management process and systems (Manual and Automated).
  • Serve as a direct line supervisor for the Entitlement Review team staff, aligning its capabilities to business and technology team requirements.
  • Lead metrics and analytics of entitlement review campaigns and applications onboarding process.
  • Partner with application, business, and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Partner with internal and external Audit teams to gather supporting evidence for various regulatory and audit requests.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented in formal process and procedure documents and updated on a regular basis.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to mature the entitlement review program across Aegon.
  • Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of all work.

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  • 8+ years within Identity Access Management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve successful outcomes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Preferred

  • Experience with an industry-leading access life-cycle management tool and processes
  • Background in risk and controls
