In this role, you'll handle:
1. Expand and manage partnerships with international and local organizers, agencies, entertainment companies, and ticketing platforms, identifying scalable collaboration opportunities.
2. Lead co-marketing initiatives for large-scale events, including partnership negotiations, campaign planning, and execution to drive commercial results and brand impact.
3. Own end-to-end partnership projects, ensuring quality delivery, timeline alignment, and long-term partner satisfaction.
4. Act as the project PMO, coordinating closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure smooth execution.
5. Lead full-cycle commercial negotiations across various partnership models, managing risks and securing optimal business terms.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. At least 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the entertainment, sports, ticketing, or related industries.
2. Proven experience contributing to or leading large-scale international projects (3,000+ attendees) successfully delivered in Japan.
3. Strong industry networks within Japan’s event ecosystem, including agencies, promoters, organizers, ticketing platforms, or IP holders.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage both external partnerships and internal cross-functional teams.
5. Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to create clear, impactful business decks and reporting materials. 6. Fluent Japanese is required for local market engagement and partner management, English and/or Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for international coordination and cross-border projects.
