About the Team:

Join our TikTok-PGC-Entertainment Vertical team and play a vital role in empowering entertainment partners around the world! As an Entertainment Publisher Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of Entertainment (Film & TV) partners on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate about building innovative products, the entertainment industry, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you.

1. Responsible for driving the whole product strategy & operations for the PGC-entertainment vertical's Spotlight solution, supporting entertainment partners with product solutions for promotions, analytics, content management, copyright protection needs at TikTok.

2. Design and execute B2B and B2C products and operational strategies, on the basis of understanding entertainment publishers and TikTok content ecosystem.

3. Conduct research on entertainment industries worldwide to discover new product opportunities.

4. Drive user adoption for our entertainment products internally and externally.

5. Collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Data and Legal teams to drive our success.
