Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business domains. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components and capabilities to create cohesive, value-driven outcomes aligned with the client s strategic objectives. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also support the broader organizational goals. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex transformational initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across multiple teams and service towers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing end-to-end integrated solutions across multiple service domains.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with system integration and enterprise-level software deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
