Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Service Administrator - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and sustain enterprise SharePoint environments to support ARNG collaboration and document management needs.
  • Configure site collections, content databases, and permissions models to optimize platform functionality.
  • Implement security baselines and access controls to ensure compliance with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policies.
  • Maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to enhance platform reliability.
  • Coordinate with hosting and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure collaboration services.
  • Support change management activities and oversee platform upgrades and migrations.
  • Integrate SharePoint services with identity and authentication solutions.
  • Enforce enterprise configuration standards and ensure adherence to RMF requirements and STIG guidance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in enterprise collaboration and hosting environments within DoD or Federal networks.
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise SharePoint service operations and platform governance.
  • Expertise in role-based access control enforcement and lifecycle sustainment across distributed environments.
  • Experience with integrating collaboration services into identity and security architectures.
  • Ability to coordinate modernization initiatives for scalable, mission-critical collaboration capabilities.
