You’ll be part of a team that blends strategy, creativity, and curiosity.

As an Enterprise SEO Manager, you’ll oversee and deliver high-performing SEO campaigns for StudioHawk’s larger, more complex accounts (often big-name brands and high-value retainers).

You’ll have flexibility and ownership in how you structure your accounts, with the ability to access additional resources (like contractors, tools, or delivery support) depending on campaign needs and objectives.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of enterprise clients: onboarding → strategy → execution → reporting.
• Leading large enterprise accounts (typically $8K–$20K+ retainers), delivering measurable results and strong client satisfaction.
• Aligning long-term SEO goals with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Monitoring retention risk and proactively escalating concerns when needed (including supporting at-risk A+/A tier accounts).
• Supporting high-stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs for enterprise opportunities.
• Finding opportunities to expand retainers and once-off projects through smart, strategic recommendations.
• Staying on top of SEO trends and sharing insights, running internal learning sessions when requested (masterclasses, accelerator sessions, office hours).
• Contributing to improving StudioHawk’s enterprise delivery model, templates, frameworks, and SEO product.
• Optionally representing StudioHawk externally through events, panels, or thought leadership (LinkedIn/speaking).

As with any role, there are requirements, and we want to be upfront so you know what's expected.

Must haves:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience leading complex SEO campaigns with commercial impact, with strong ownership and strategic outcomes.
• Advanced SEO capability (enterprise technical SEO, large-scale content strategy, international SEO and/or complex migrations).
• Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (or similar).
• Strong platform knowledge across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
• Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
• A creative mindset - you like to think outside of the box.

Salary & Compensation:

We believe in transparency - here’s what this role offers:

• Base salary: AUD $110,000 to $120,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability)
• We believe in rewarding hard workers, not just giving them more stuff to do with nothing in return. Bonus/performance incentives tied to client outcomes and workload.
