We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI‑driven solutions across HCM and Payroll platforms This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on delivering production‑grade, secure, and scalable AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot–based experiences

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, operates with high ownership, and can independently take AI solutions from concept to production while working closely with product, HCM/Payroll stakeholders, and enterprise platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI & Copilot Engineering - Design, develop, and deploy agent based AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar frameworks Build LLM powered workflows leveraging prompt engineering, tool usage, agent orchestration, memory, retrieval, and workflow chaining Deliver AI use cases aligned to HCM and Payroll, including Employee self-service and HR assistance Payroll and compliance support Case resolution and operational intelligence Own AI solutions end to end: design, implementation, testing, production rollout, and continuous improvement
• Solution Design & Enterprise Integration - Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and HR/Payroll SMEs to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Salesforce Internal enterprise systems and data sources Design AI solutions that combine structured enterprise data and unstructured knowledge repositories Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards typical of Payroll and HCM environments
• Scalability, Optimization & Operations - Design AI systems for enterprise scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency Define and measure AI quality, adoption, and business outcome metrics Implement LLM evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve accuracy and reliability Support AI operationalization within enterprise IT ecosystems, including CI/CD pipelines Versioning and lifecycle management Production monitoring and support readiness
• Collaboration & Technical Leadership - Collaborate with global, cross functional teams across engineering, product, security, and compliance Act as a trusted technical partner to business and technology leaders Contribute to enterprise AI standards, best practices, and reusable patterns Mentor junior engineers and help elevate overall AI engineering maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages:
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable agentic AI frameworks
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or large enterprise environments
