Job Description


As a Enterprise Security Architect, you will:

  • Engage CIOs, CISOs, COOs, risk committees, and boards as a trusted cyber advisor

  • Lead executive-level discussions on cyber resilience, Zero Trust, cloud security, and data protection

  • Translate regulatory expectations into practical, prioritized cyber roadmaps

  • Own the cyber strategy in major pursuits, client workshops, and early-stage engagements

  • Design enterprise-scale cyber architectures across IAM, SOC, cloud, data security, and OT environments

  • Develop target operating models, security roadmaps, and architecture blueprints

  • Act as the lead cyber authority in complex bids and transformation programs

  • Ensure solutions are secure-by-design, compliant, and technically implementable

  • Bridge the gap between sales, engineering, delivery, and governance teams

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 12+ years of experience in cyber security or enterprise security architecture

  • Background as a Security Architect, Head of Security Architecture, CISO/Deputy CISO, or Principal Cyber Consultant

  • Strong experience in regulated industries and large-scale cyber transformation programs

  • Deep expertise in IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, SOC (SIEM/XDR), and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Knowledge of data security, privacy engineering, and AI security governance

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and sector-specific standards

  • Experience handling real-world cyber incidents and breach scenarios

  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate at board level

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable security capabilities

  • Design and scale enterprise security architectures across hybrid environments

  • Shape cyber programs and investment cases (₹40 Cr – ₹800 Cr / $5M–$100M range equivalent)

  • Articulate cyber risk, compliance exposure, and ROI effectively to executives

  • Lead high-pressure discussions with confidence and challenge risky decisions

  • Align security strategy with business priorities rather than tool-driven approaches

  • Ensure continuity between proposed solutions and actual delivery

  • Anticipate future risks including AI security threats and post-quantum cryptography
