About the Role
As Regional Vice President, Enterprise East Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Regional Directors and Account Executives, driving growth and securing enterprise-level deals in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for expanding market share, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring best-in-class sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Regional Directors and AEs to drive sales success with enterprise clients.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to exceed annual contract value (ACV) targets.
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales enablement, to align go-to-market strategies.
Foster a high-performance, results-driven team culture that values accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective utilization of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools for optimal pipeline management.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams, preferably within Transportation, TMS, or Trucking industries.
7+ years of enterprise-level sales management experience, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on strategic execution and performance management.
Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and high-value contract negotiations.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
Must be based in the Eastern U.S. and open to 30% travel across the region.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000
Total Compensation at Plan: $360,000 – $400,000 OTE
