Amazon Web Services is looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional who thrives at the intersection of data, AI, and business transformation. In this role, you will engage deeply within enterprise organizations — partnering with technical and commercial leaders to define and execute modern data strategies on AWS that unlock real business value.
You will bring together the full breadth of AWS's data and analytics portfolio — from data warehousing and lake architectures to real-time streaming, search, and business intelligence — while also identifying where complementary third-party partner solutions strengthen the overall platform. This isn't about selling individual services; it's about architecting the data foundations that enterprises need to compete in an AI-driven world. You will own the Customer's Data Strategy and drive Business Outcomes.
Working in close partnership with our AI specialist, Database and Storage teams, you will help customers connect their data investments directly to accelerated business outcomes — ensuring their platforms are built not just for today's workloads, but for the agentic, AI-native future that is rapidly taking shape. The pace of innovation is extraordinary, and our customers need trusted advisors who can help them navigate it with clarity and conviction.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Should be an experienced sale professional, comfortable in selling both new and mature technologies.
- Possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP level.
- Have a strong understanding of commercial trends in Analytics and big data.
- Have a conceptual technical understanding that enables them to easily earn trust with data professionals
- Has the ability to to build and convey compelling value propositions
- Serve as a key member of the account management team in helping to ensure commercial success in building data solutions on AWS.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of Analytic solutions for Amazon Web Services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth in a defined territory.
- Meet or exceed annual targets.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Develop working backwards analytics visions including business case and financial justification, potentially gleaned from earnings reports.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS analytics services.
- Accelerate customer adoption of Amazon analytics services.
- Deep sales and Advisory/consulting experience, including some experience with large commercial customers.
- Executive speaking and presentation skills – Formal presentations, white boarding, large and small group presentations is highly desired
- Experience working with cloud and cloud based solutions is highly desired.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent
- Experience with direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions
- Experience selling to line-of-business leaders and technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts
