About the Role


At Exotel, we help leading banks and insurers transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager – Banking & Insurance, you will own large, complex enterprise deals, selling AI-powered Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions.
This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Banking & Insurance accounts

  • Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

  • Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance

  • Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders

  • Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations

  • Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

Success Metrics

  • Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets

  • AI & Voice Bot deal contribution

  • Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, platforms, or managed services)

  • Proven experience selling to Banking & Insurance customers

  • Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS solutions

  • Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills
