Job Description

This is a position we're hiring on behalf of our client in cloud industry.

Our client is a highly skilled & multicultural team with expertise in Cloud Computing Solutions, DevOps, and Managed Services as well as proven capabilities in the execution of advanced technologies projects. They move you into the new era of Cloud, DevOps, and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients (Telco, Banking).
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, contract negotiation, deal closing, and payment follow-up.
  • Drive customer adoption and articulate compelling value propositions around Cloud solutions & services.
  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to understand customers’ business objectives and advise on suitable solutions.
  • Manage account relationships, map decision-making hierarchies, and position the company at senior levels.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure sales activities align with monthly KPIs.
  • Continuously evaluate and restructure sales strategies, tools, and team performance for optimal results.
  • Represent the company at executive-level meetings, industry events, and customer presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience with 2-3 years in enterprise sales management, preferably in Cloud/ICT/IT solutions.
  • Strong background in selling into Telecom and Banking sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud services (AWS) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record in building & managing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinking with a consultative, solution-driven mindset.
