Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales

You will enforce sales process discipline, forecast accuracy, and enablement to elevate team performance. Your leadership will improve conversion rates, deal quality, and talent development.

You will:

  • Manage AEs to achieve quota through rigorous territory planning and account prioritization.
  • Coach opportunity strategy from discovery to close, including competitive positioning and pricing.
  • Run forecast cadence and stage reviews; uphold CRM hygiene and data integrity.
  • Develop team capabilities via coaching, shadowing, and structured enablement.

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with 4+ years managerial/leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and leading teams to exceed targets.
  • Expertise in sales process, MEDDIC/BANT qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization across multiple deals and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication, coaching mindset, and performance management.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience selling technology solutions or services in enterprise/mid-market.
