About Medsender

Medsender is transforming healthcare communications through AI-powered workflow automation. As many healthcare organizations still rely heavily on fax to exchange patient information, the bigger challenge is the manual coordination surrounding those communications. Medsender's platform helps healthcare providers automate administrative workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve patient care.

Following a successful Series A and significant company growth, Medsender is expanding into a new market with its Healthcare API platform—creating an opportunity for an experienced enterprise seller to build a new revenue engine from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to become the founding Enterprise Sales Executive for Medsender's API business.

Unlike Medsender's existing sales organization, which sells workflow automation software to healthcare practices, this role focuses on selling a HIPAA-compliant Fax API and AI-powered document processing platform to health technology companies, enterprise healthcare organizations, and software developers building healthcare applications.

You'll help define the outbound sales motion, identify the ideal customer profile, refine messaging, and build pipeline for a product that has already demonstrated strong product-market fit through inbound demand—but has never had a dedicated outbound sales effort.

This is ideal for someone who wants the autonomy and influence of an early-stage startup without needing to manage a team.

What You'll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Build pipeline within health tech companies, healthcare software vendors, and enterprise healthcare organizations
• Develop and refine outbound messaging and sales strategy for Medsender's API platform
• Position Medsender against legacy healthcare fax providers by articulating both technical and business value
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
• Help establish repeatable processes and playbooks for a growing business line
• Work directly with Medsender's founders to shape the future of the API business
• Consistently exceed quota while helping define what success looks like for this new sales motion

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience
• Experience selling HIPAA-compliant cloud fax, Fax API, electronic fax, or healthcare interoperability solutions
• Proven success closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quota
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills

Preferred

• Experience selling into HealthTech companies or enterprise healthcare technology organizations
• Previous experience at one of the major healthcare fax or Fax API providers
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience helping build or refine an early go-to-market motion
• Familiarity working with technical buyers including Product Managers, Engineers, and Developers
