The “Enterprise Sales Executive – Latin America (Spanish-speaking LatAm)” is a hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients across Spanish-speaking Latin America, driving market expansion and building strategic relationships with large organizations. Enterprise is defined as companies with 1,000 employees or more. Priority markets are México & Colombia.

The position is responsible for opening new logos and developing new business opportunities, positioning our solutions with senior decision-makers and leveraging an existing professional network and strong market presence.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial drive, deep knowledge of the Latin American market (excluding Brazil), and experience selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprises. This role plays a key part in expanding our footprint in Latin America, one of the most dynamic growth regions for the company.

This is a hybrid role located in our Mexico City office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Latin America (excluding Brazil), generating and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through personal network, strategic prospecting, industry events, and market presence.
  • Identify, engage, and influence senior decision-makers within large organizations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Position and sell complex, multi-solution offerings, with clear business value to clients.
  • Develop strategic account entry plans for target organizations and priority industries.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, client success, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of newly acquired clients.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven hunter mindset with track record of closing enterprise deals and adding new logos.
  • Existing professional network and/or client portfolio in Latin America.
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in HR services, risk, compliance, background screening, or similar B2B services.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with regional data privacy regulations preferred.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Law, Human Resources preferred).
  • Languages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English; Portuguese is preferred.
  • Experience: minimum of 10 years in a similar role required
  • Tech Skills: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), and revenue management platforms.
