ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE (CONNECTIVITY CONSULTANT) - LAGOS
Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Mandatory ISP Experience)
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 Net Monthly
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to drive enterprise customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion within the Telecommunications and ISP sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and delivering tailored connectivity solutions that meet client needs.
The role requires a strong background in ISP sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Drive adoption of internet connectivity solutions including dedicated internet access, fiber broadband, and enterprise connectivity services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Strategic Account Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored connectivity solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide continuous after-sales support and account management.
Sales Execution & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and solution pitches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Present regular revenue forecasts, sales performance reports, and market insights to management.
- Handle order processing with accuracy and ensure timely delivery and activation.
- Communicate delays, challenges, and updates to clients proactively.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Identify shifts in customer demand and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market developments to management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from prospecting through deployment and support.
- Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Operational Efficiency
- Ensure accuracy in all sales documentation, contracts, and order processing.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, pricing structures, and approval workflows.
- Support coordination of installations and service activation where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Enterprise Sales within the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling enterprise connectivity solutions such as fiber internet, dedicated internet access, VPNs, and managed services.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or ICT-related fields will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, broadband services, and network solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
