Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, rapidly growing AI technology company expanding its U.S. enterprise sales organization. The company develops AI-powered recruitment automation solutions for large organizations seeking to streamline hiring and manage high-volume applicant workflows.

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive with a strong record of closing complex, six-figure B2B software deals. This is an opportunity for a proactive sales professional to drive new business, build executive relationships, and help scale enterprise revenue in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities with organizations employing 5,000+ people.
• Maintain a proactive sales pipeline, with approximately 70% outbound prospecting and 30% inbound opportunities.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving HR, Talent Acquisition, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Close six-figure enterprise software deals and consistently work toward revenue and quota targets.
• Understand customer recruitment challenges and communicate the value of AI-powered hiring automation.
• Build account strategies, deliver tailored product presentations, and manage long enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business development, and sales enablement teams to refine the U.S. go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, CRM records, and account activity.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
• Demonstrated success closing six-figure enterprise deals of $100,000 or more.
• Experience selling AI-native products or AI-powered software solutions.
• Strong outbound prospecting, negotiation, and full-cycle sales capabilities.
• Experience mapping multiple stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise buying processes.
• Excellent executive communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
• A proactive, curious, results-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a rapidly scaling startup, ideally from seed through Series C or a similar growth stage.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales expansion in the U.S. market.
• Familiarity with HR technology, recruitment software, Talent Acquisition, or high-volume hiring workflows.
• A record of exceeding sales quotas, achieving strong revenue results, or earning performance-based recognition.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $140,000–$175,000.
• Target total compensation of $280,000–$350,000, including variable compensation.
• Equity opportunities, subject to the employer's compensation plan.
