This is an opportunity to join a business focused on complex, high-value technology sales in the banking sector, where commercial success is closely tied to product understanding, trust, and long-term client relationships.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a central role in expanding Natech's presence among financial institutions and enterprise buyers both in Greece and internationally. The role is focused on building momentum with prospective clients, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and helping shape compelling solutions that align client needs with Natech's banking technology offering.

Responsibilities

• Own complex sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Drive enterprise pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
• Collaborate with product and presales teams to craft compelling client proposals.

Requirements

• Proven experience closing enterprise software deals with senior decision-makers.
• 5+ years of experience managing long sales cycles in fintech or software environments.
• Strong consultative selling experience in fintech, SaaS, or banking technology, including banking technology software sales.
• Demonstrated success negotiating, presenting to, and building relationships with enterprise stakeholders in complex B2B environments.
• Business-fluent English.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
