We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to develop our market across the USA. The ideal candidate is self-regulating, tech-savvy, a relationship builder possesses high emotional intelligence, and is results-driven.

This is a remote / field position reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales and with frequent travel requirements. Preference given to candidates based in the city or surrounding areas for the required territory.

The salary range listed reflects total on-target earnings (base + variable/commission). Please refer to the compensation details at the bottom of the posting for the full breakdown of base salary and variable structure.

What you will be responsible for

• Easily communicate the business impact of our CDXP to large enterprise clients/prospects.
• Develop sales plans to strategically grow and expand the accounts within an assigned account base
• Navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the "C Suite"
• Prospect and generate relationships with new customers
• Manage the success, adoption, and expansion of existing customers
• Have a passion for driving customer adoption and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning a territory and taking full responsibility for the performance against plan
• At least 5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Large network in the Automotive industry
• Proven experience in conducting strong on-site and remote software solutions demos
• Ability to translate technical solutions into a sales pitch adapted to your audience
• SaaS savvy: understands the software landscape both in and outside of automotive.
• High level of accountability and work ethics
• Proactive and goal-oriented: you take initiative to ensure that you are hitting your goals
• Excellent follow-up skills using CRM tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be located in or adjacent to the territory and willing/able to travel frequently within the territory.
• Must have valid driver’s license; ability to travel domestically by plane
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
• Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.

Annual base starting salary: $90K - $100K, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base + variable) up to $280K.
