Currently, we are actively seeking the next generation of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team, with a specific focus on the DACH region. Proactively generate sales leads
Identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and processes
Craft compelling narratives to engage potential clients and maintain contact through networking
Build and educate Syncron executives on potential opportunities in region
Articulate Syncron's value proposition via email, phone, and in person
Collaborate across departments to enhance lead generation
Develop sales strategies through thorough research and analysis.
2-3 years of sales or business development experience, focusing on enterprise software
SaaS solutions experience preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20% travel to support conferences & executive events.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently.
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
Fluency in German and English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience selling Pricing, Supply Chain or Field Service Management solutions
Experience working within the Aftermarket industry
