Main Responsabilities:

  • To participate in preparing and implementing the methodologies, policies and internal regulations for Operational Risk management (according with ISP Group and Central Bank rules);
  • To monitor the limits on Operational Risk in accordance with ISP Group rules and Bank of Albania
  • To collect the quantitative and qualitative information on monthly basis regarding operational risks according to Intesa Sanpaolo Group rules, Bank’s guidelines and regulations, and support Head of Enterprise, Market & Financial Risk in classifying such information;
  • To elaborate, the elementary information (internal and external operational loss data, Scenario Analyses and Business Environment Assessments) with ISP Group operational structure for measuring Bank risk profile during the Self Diagnosis process;
  • To participate in the analysis and controls of the trends of the operational risk exposure (also within the context of limits and indicators established in the RAF) and to notify the organizational Units in the bank through appropriate reporting tools;
  • To follow up, with the proper organization units of the banks, the implementation status of the actions aimed at /mitigating operational risks;
  • To support in the preparation of reports on regular basis for the internal Committee (ORCO), Board of Directors and Audit Committee, Intesa Sanpaolo Group and to the domestic Regulatory Bodies on Bank’s exposure to operational risks, in accordance with Bank’s procedures, Group Rules and local regulations;
  • To be fully conversant with bank rules, Code of Ethics of Internal Audit and operating procedures as they relate to his/her area of work.
  • To undertake other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements / Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree in fields: Business administration, Finance, Risk management;
  • Minimum 1 year experience In Operational risk in Banking system;
  • Knowledge for the systems of the bank (core banking, reporting systems etc);
  • Being willing to learn new things;
  • Having good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and other language is plus;
  • Being capable to use MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point);
  • Being active in work
