In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering enterprise risk reporting, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across Transport for NSW.

This role will see you support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise risk processes, collate and interpret complex data, and prepare high-quality reports for senior executives and leadership teams. You’ll engage widely across the organisation to gather insights, identify gaps, and contribute to building a strong risk-aware culture. Development opportunities include working on the design and improvement of risk standards, registers, reports, capability and culture.

You will influence, collaborate, and build efficiencies in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and stakeholder engagement is key.

About you

Your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to interpret complex data formed across risk management, governance, and assurance functions will see you excel in producing accurate reporting, overcoming challenges in data availability, and bringing consistency to frameworks that lead to improved organisational risk maturity.

You’re recognised as an effective influencer, skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and experienced in enterprise risk within large organisations.

Candidates with experience in enterprise functions and formal risk management qualifications will be highly regarded
