Joining our Regulatory Risk team as a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a diverse portfolio of clients through evolving compliance challenges. 2. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Extensive experience in compliance or regulatory roles within Financial Services, either in-house or advisory, with strong knowledge of Financial Regulator rules and guidance.
• Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of compliance specialists, fostering high performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and progressing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Relevant third-level qualification; professional compliance certifications such as the ACOI Diploma are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and presentations.

3. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months

• Successfully manage and deliver multiple client engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
• Lead and mentor your team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams, contributing to practice development.
• Provide expert regulatory advice and training to clients, enhancing their compliance capabilities.

4. What type of work will I be doing?

• Providing technical regulatory expertise and advisory services to a broad range of Financial Services clients (40%).
• Leading project planning, management, and delivery to meet client and regulatory expectations (30%).
• Developing compliance frameworks, policies, and conducting internal audits or monitoring activities (15%).
• Engaging in business development activities, including client secondments and regulatory training design and delivery (15%)
