This is a unique opportunityto be part of the team responsible forsafeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at ourDistribution Centers (DCs) You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout our locations With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE

As the Manager, Risk,Distribution,you willlead the team to

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development andan incredibleemployee experience.

• Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management

• Minimize the loss of merchandise.

• Protect our people, our clients, and our communities.

• Ensure the security of our physical assets.

• Preserve and safeguard confidential information.

THEQUALIFICATIONS

TheManager, Risk,Distribution,has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000- $150,000 CAD per year Thefinalagreed upon salarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
