The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of the ERM function across GE Vernova. This executive-level position will work with the Chief Audit Executive in partnership with the CFO and other executive leadership to enhance the existing ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and risk appetite. The Senior Director will lead the ERM initiatives and collaborate with various business units, including the Power, Wind, and Electrification segments, as well as engage with various functions such as strategy, supply chain, finance, legal & compliance, human resources, internal audit, etc., to embed a robust risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
The Leader will serve as the enterprise owner of the ERM framework governance and methodology, a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and support Board-level committees on enterprise, strategic, operational, and emerging risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the short term, transformation and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise-wide ERM framework, including policies, procedures, risk taxonomy, rating scales and governance processes, aligned with leading industry standards (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000), best practices, and the evolving business environment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $224,000 - $336,000 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
