Job Description

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst to join our team in either Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida, Pensacola, Florida or Wilmington Delaware.

This is a hybrid position

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst will support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of enterprise financial and operational systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and Strata. This position serves as a key liaison between Information Systems and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and organizational decision-making. The position described in the job description supports Oracle Cloud Healthcare Suite and Strata Suite modules and is responsible for workflow analysis, reporting, testing, documentation, issue resolution, and system improvement initiatives.

The ERP Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial system optimization initiatives, enterprise reporting, research grants reporting, supplier management processes, and strategic implementation efforts. This role combines business analysis, functional system expertise, reporting and analytics, testing, and customer support to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.

Essential Functions

ERP Functional Support and Optimization

  • Serve as a functional analyst and subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Strata applications.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data quality.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Research, Human Resources, and operational departments to gather and document requirements.
  • Recommend and support configuration changes, enhancements, and new functionality.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, regression testing, and production deployments.
  • Support enterprise initiatives including Chart of Accounts optimization and financial system enhancements.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Design, develop, validate, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion and StrataJazz reporting tools.
  • Support operational, financial, and research grant reporting requirements across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytics that support decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and promote self-service reporting capabilities.

Project and Implementation Support

  • Support implementation and optimization projects related to Oracle Fusion, Strata, supplier management solutions, and related enterprise applications.
  • Lead or participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support activities.
  • Assist with change management, communication planning, and user adoption efforts.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Customer Support and Relationship Management

  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting assistance for end users.
  • Research and resolve application issues while coordinating with technical teams and vendors when appropriate.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor for system capabilities and best practices.
  • Participate in change control processes and governance activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 10-15 years related work experience required.
  • Strong business operations experience with emphasis on the selected/assigned module required.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or major enhancement initiatives.
  • Oracle Fusion Certifications preferred.
  • Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience with Strata or healthcare financial planning and reporting solutions.
  • Experience supporting research grants, project accounting, healthcare finance, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with chart of accounts design, financial reporting structures, or enterprise data governance initiatives.
