Hands-on experience configuring SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud).
Strong understanding of database models (like SAP HANA) and proficiency in SQL.
Ability to dissect complicated business plan documents and translate them into system configurations.
Ability to communicate compensation issues and payout reports clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities includes:
Build and maintain incentive compensation plans by defining crediting rules, quotas, rate/Lookup tables, and participant hierarchies.
Execute production interfaces, validate inbound sales/HR data, and ensure seamless data flow through APIs, SQL, or SAP integrations.
Configure and troubleshoot calculation pipelines, stagehooks, and rule logic to ensure payments are accurate.
Provide L2/L3 support, monitor daily commission runs, and resolve discrepancies or calculation errors.
Configure automated participant statements and generate compensation reports for end-users.
